requirement

To creatively project manage a group of volunteered member representing the interests of eight european countries. The project was challenging because of the local suspicions that the real motive was to remove local deal making abilities and replace it with centralised control.

what we did

As part of the project management a single one page, highly visual controlling document was created. This identified all of the tasks and who was responsible and accountable for them. Each person/task was given a status – green achieved, red not achieved.

This highly visual approach enables the entire team to undersand at a glance progress and hold ups.

The complex project time lines and co dependencies were represented in one controlling document, and made available to all team members and local volunteering sponsors to monitor progress through a shared software platform.
