Visual facilitation7

People engage with visual things, in life, in business. Seeing isn’t necessarily believing, (watch a good magician for proof if that), but most of the time we trust what we see with our own eyes.
A sales trend line displaying the reality of the numbers, can have a dramatic effect on behaviours and actions.
A daily sales report that tells those with authority at a glance how sales and product are performing, leads to informed action. “When we trust the numbers, we do something about what they tell us”.
Involving staff who feel disenchanted in collectively exploring new ideas and then visually clustering and prioritising them, can lead to engagement and meaningful business improvements.
Exploring goals via a simple three line OT diagram can produce the needed focus in individual and groups to bring about mind changes and set positive, transformative actions in motion.
